"Tomorrowland" was about as creative as you can make a neglected part of Disneyland. Now, I will freely admit the first 30 minutes of this film are the best; which is odd. The opening sequence is so creative, unique, futuristic and focused on utopia. I will also freely admit this isn’t George Clooney’s best work. It by no means is “Batman & Robin,” but he has made better films. With that said, I understand giving this script a shot, so he gets a pass from me. Still, I enjoyed this film for the same reason I enjoy the actual Tomorrowland at Disneyland; the future. To tackle the future, is a brave and daring thing. To do it in film, invites critique and conversation, but it also requires imagination. For me, “Tomorrowland” had plenty of that.
Thanks for entering my world,
