At the center of every album is a musical thesis. Weinland's "Los Processaur," to me, is about a fleeting love. With each verse and every song on the album, you can relate to someone standing inside of a love that isn't meant to last. Without much pomp and circumstance, the emotions displayed remain accessible and relatable. It is only when we look at our lives from afar that we can examine the weight of the moment and perhaps begin to plan for the future. This album tries to do just that. While it may not be completely successful at delivering on its promise, it should without doubt be awarded for the effort.
Be good to each other,
-Nathan
