The dialogue in "The Hateful Eight" should be chiseled in stone and given to every screenwriter for mandatory reading. Seriously, it’s that good. Part comedy, part thriller, part drama, the whole thing is tied together with Tarantino’s dynamic writing, story-telling, and obsessive devotion to the art of cinema. Coming in at almost three hours long, I was a bit nervous to see this one, but then Kurt Russell and Samuel L. Jackson entered the picture and captivated my imagination for the next few hours. Their delivery and command of the screen is engaging and a relief. Good writing is powerful and these two actors proved it.
Be good to each other,
