An Annual Letter (2019)

This little website of mine was founded on December 3rd, 2009. All year long, we’ve been celebrating 10 years of original essays, photography, lists, reviews, podcasts, and videos. More than the content, I have been celebrating you. Without you and your support, this website would be impossible. This hobby of mine has become a labor of love and something bringing me an intense amount of joy. From the bottom of my heart, thanks for reading.

If you’ve been a long-time reader or have just discovered Natetheworld, I would love your support. Writing original content and reviews takes a considerable amount of time.  2020 Changes

From March to September of next year, I will be hiking the Pacific Crest Trail from the Mexican border to Manning Park in Canada through California, Oregon, and Washington. Throughout the journey, I will be posting regularly with updates and progress.

Also new for next year, I will be consolidating movie and music reviews into monthly digests. We will also say goodbye to the ongoing series, “Profile.”

From me and those who contribute to this website, I want to thank you for following along. I would write, record, and document even if no one paid attention, but it sure feels great to not be yelling into an empty room.

Be good to each other,

-Nathan
